ORDER AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If you want the item you purchased in a different size or color, you will need to place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
TĀKOUT accepts the following payment methods:
- VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For all credit card orders, billing and shipping address must match.
- A sales tax of 8.875% will be applied to orders shipped within New York State.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Limited Release & Final Sale
Limited release or Sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 10 days of receipt for a refund; providing they are in their original packaging and are in a resalable condition.
All Items unless specified are eligible for refund if they meet the following conditions
- The request is within 10 days of receipt
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition
- The packaging must be completely intact and all tags MUST be attached
Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box. Please place the shoebox in a shipping box to prevent damage.
Apparel, headwear and socks must be returned unworn and with the original tag intact.
A $7 restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
TĀKOUT will not accept any returns without prior written communication.
TĀKOUT has the right to deny return credits if items received do not meet our return criteria. In this case, the items will be sent back to the customer.

We recommend that you ship it via a traceable and insured method back to us as TĀKOUT cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost in transit prior to our receipt.
To request a refund or exchange of an item, please contact email@example.com with your order number and items you would like to return. Once approved, we will email you a return label for the items. Once your return has been inspected and processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your card of purchase. All returns are subject to a $7 restocking fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
