PAYMENT, SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

HOLIDAY FULFILLMENT POLICY

 

Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order for shipping. All orders will go into processing once payment information has been verified. Express shipping is available for faster delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed shipments caused by the package carrier.

 

 

ORDER AND EXCHANGES

 

At the moment, we are only accepting orders within the United States. Merchandise availability is subject to change. Once the order is placed, the order cannot be changed. We have the right to decline orders if the customer information cannot be verified. In the case that the order is cancelled, we will refund to the original payment method.

We do not offer exchanges. If you want the item you purchased in a different size or color, you will need to place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.

 

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

 

All orders are subject to 24-48 process time. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

You will receive order tracking information for your package once the item has been processed and picked up by the carrier option chosen.

International Shipping is currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

TĀKOUT accepts the following payment methods:


1 - VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For all credit card orders, billing and shipping address must match.


2 - A sales tax of 8.875% will be applied to orders shipped within New York State.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Clearance Item Purchase Policy:
All items purchased from the "Sale" section are deemed FINAL. No exchanges or refunds are allowed for these purchases. Please review carefully before making your purchase.


Limited Release & Final Sale:
Limited release or Sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

General Returns
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 15 days of receipt for a refund provided that they are in their original packaging and are in resalable condition.

All Items unless specified are eligible for refund if they meet the following conditions:

- The request is within 15 days of receipt
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition
- The packaging must be completely intact and all tags MUST be attached
- Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box. Please place the shoebox in a shipping box to prevent damage.
- Apparel, headwear and socks must be returned unworn and with the original tag intact.


Please note that a $10 restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
TĀKOUT will not accept any returns without prior written communication.
TĀKOUT has the right to deny return credits if items received do not meet our return criteria.

In this case, the customer will be notified by email and the items will be returned to the customer.

We recommend that you ship it via a traceable and insured method back to us as TĀKOUT cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost in transit prior to our receipt.


To request a refund or exchange of an item, please contact info@takoutny.com with your order number and items you would like to return. Once approved, we will email you a return label for the items. Once your return has been inspected and processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your card of purchase.
