WINNERS
Winners of the raffle will be notified by email hours before the launch.
Non-winners will not receive this notification.
PURCHASING PROCESS
On the launch day you will receive an email with the complete shopping cart, in which you will find the items for which you were selected to purchase.
You must complete the shipping address and pay for the item by any accepted payment method.
If the payment method needs a security check, the order will be cancelled and a new purchase link will be sent so that you can try again to purchase the item, if this fails again, the order will be cancelled and the item will be assigned to another participant.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders are subject to 24-48 process time. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).
You will receive order tracking information for your package once the item has been processed and picked up by the carrier option chosen.
International Shipping is currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
PAYMENT METHODS
TĀKOUT accepts the following payment methods:
1 - VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For all credit card orders, billing and shipping address must match.
2 - A sales tax of 8.875% will be applied to orders shipped within New York State.

Webstore Raffle Item Purchase Policy:
All items purchased from Webstore Raffle are deemed FINAL. No exchanges or refunds are allowed for these purchases. Please review carefully before making your purchase.
Limited Release & Final Sale:
Limited release or Sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
