In September of 2021, TĀKOUT partnered with Puerto Rican mixed media artist Sen2 for a special collaboration celebrating the release of the Nike Air Max 90 “La Familia.” Bursting with vibrant patterns and bold textures, the La Familia collection paid tribute to Latin America’s deep-rooted legacy in sport.

A celebration of spirited culture, passionate energy, and raw authenticity - all driven by a deep love for family.

To mark the occasion, Sen2 crafted 20 one-of-a-kind “Family Forever” box cases exclusively for TĀKOUT customers. Each box was hand-painted and individually signed by Sen2 himself, transforming traditional sneaker packaging into a collectible piece of art. The graffiti-inspired designs channeled Sen2’s signature aesthetic while offering a personal tribute to his love for sneakers and his cultural roots.

Released through the TĀKOUT flagship in Fordham, Bronx, the limited drop bridged streetwear, fine art, and heritage. This collaboration reflected TĀKOUT’s continued mission to uplift local and global voices through meaningful, culturally driven artistic expressions.
