RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At TAKOUT®, we want you to shop with confidence.

Below you’ll find our Returns & Exchanges Policy, designed to keep the process transparent and fair for all customers.

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Footwear must be returned with the original shoebox placed inside a shipping box to avoid damage.
  • Apparel, headwear, and socks must be returned unworn and with tags intact.

How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at info@takoutny.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  • Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
  • Ship your package to:

  • We strongly recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method, as TAKOUT® cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the return has been inspected and approved.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Store credit is available upon request instead of a refund.
  • A 8% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Launch items, limited releases, collaborations, and final sale products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
  • All clearance purchases are deemed FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.

Right to Decline

  • TAKOUT® reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy requirements. In such cases, the customer will be notified and the items returned at their expense.
