Our launch and limited-release products are highly sought after. To ensure fairness and transparency, please note the following:

1. Final Sale

• All launch and limited-release items are considered final sale.
• No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted due to size, preference, or change of mind.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

• Exceptions apply only if the item received is defective or incorrect.
• Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order and provide photos along with their order number.
• TAKOUT® will cover all costs associated with replacing or refunding defective or incorrect launch items.

3. Order Accuracy

• Please review all order details carefully before checkout, as all sales of launch items are binding once confirmed.

4. Purchase Limits

• Launch items may be subject to purchase limits per customer.
• Orders that exceed these limits may be canceled without prior notice.
