Developed in Nike's Mind Science Department, 22 nodes move up and down against your foot in a way that is scientifically shown to activate sensory areas of the brain.

Prep in Comfort
Soft foam in the midsole provides robust, comfortable cushioning. Stretchy fabric on the footbed gives the nodes room to move up and down while still feeling soft against your foot. If you generally purchase a 1/2 size,  Nike suggests sizing up for a comfortable fit.
Rubber pods near the toe and heel help provide durable traction.
Knit tongue feels soft and features perforations for breathability.
