- Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged; All Sale Items (Markdowns and Sale Promotions with code), release date products, collaboration products, electronic goods, socks, undergarments, publications, and candles & incense.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the return has been inspected and approved.
- Please allow 3–5 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account.
- Store credit is available upon request instead of a refund.
- A 8% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
